My name is Heather Arendt and I own The Belle Agency (Model and Talent Agency in Green Bay, WI), but I am also the driving force and founder of Align and Create.  I have been in the creative and acting industry nearly my whole life and always told my parents I would be an actress or singer.  Growing up in a small town I didn't know "How" I would achieve such a dream, but I knew that is where my passion was.  We didn't have cell phones and the internet back then.  We just lived life in the country with happiness in our hearts and big dreams in our minds.  Today I have been in projects from Off Broadway shows, Feature Films and TV Series.  I own an agency that helps other creatives book projects in our industry.  I also coach and teach others to not only act with confidence, but to ALIGN with their vision and their goal to reach it faster and more easily.  I connect others and help guide them to the life of their dreams.
